Our plot at Overstone Leys hands over on a Friday. When do you need to be in?
As late as the site will let us, and after the last trade. In practice that is the Wednesday or Thursday for a Friday handover, with a rough clean earlier if the plot has been open to trades for weeks. If the date moves, tell us as soon as you know and we move with it.

Yes. We are SMAS Worksafe accredited, every cleaner is DBS checked and the company is insured, and we can send method statements and risk assessments before the day. Site boots and hi-vis come with us. If the site wants names in advance for the gate, we give you the names and they do not change halfway through.
