As late as the site will let us, and after the last trade. In practice that is the Wednesday or Thursday for a Friday handover, with a rough clean earlier if the plot has been open to trades for weeks. If the date moves, tell us as soon as you know and we move with it.
Will your cleaners get through the induction on a Buckton Fields plot?
