Deep Cleaning
One visit, the whole house reset
- DBS checked
- Fully insured
- SMAS Worksafe accredited
The clean that reaches what a weekly one never does
A deep clean is a one off, top to bottom clean of a home you are still living in. It goes further than a regular clean and a long way past a tidy up, getting into the places that only get touched once or twice a year: behind the fridge, inside the kitchen cupboards, the tops of the doors, the tracks the windows slide in.
It is not the same as our house cleaning, which is upkeep of a home already being kept on top of, and it is not end of tenancy cleaning, which is a handover clean of an empty property done to the checklist a letting agent works from. A deep clean is for the home you are staying in. People book one as a spring clean, before a viewing, before a landlord inspection, ahead of family arriving, after a party, or once the builders have finally gone.
We talk the property through with you first, then agree what the day covers and what it costs before anyone starts. Our cleaners are DBS checked and the company is fully insured. Your arrival time shows in our app, you get before and after photographs of the work, and the invoice arrives by email with a link to pay online.

Fantastic company, very happy with the results. Will be using for my weekly cleaning & deep cleans going forwards.
Deep Cleaning, answered
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean is a one off that reaches what a regular clean has no time for. A regular house clean keeps on top of the surfaces you use every day. A deep clean pulls the appliances out, goes inside the cupboards, takes the limescale off the tiles and does the skirtings, door tops and window tracks.
Is a deep clean the same as an end of tenancy clean?
No. A deep clean is for a home you are still living in. An end of tenancy clean is a handover, done to the inventory checklist your letting agent works from, on a property that has already been emptied. If you are moving out and your deposit is riding on it, book the end of tenancy clean instead.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size of the property and how long it has been since the last one, so we give you a time when we quote. Deep cleaning is slower work than a regular visit because of what it involves. On a larger house we will usually send more than one cleaner.
How much does a deep clean cost?
We price on the property rather than a fixed rate, because a two bedroom flat and a four bedroom house are different days of work. Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether you want the oven and the carpets included, and we will give you a written quote with nothing hidden in it.
When should I book a spring clean?
From January, and earlier than most people think. Earlier than most people do. If you want a particular week in spring, ask well ahead and we will get you in the diary. Outside that window there is far more choice.
Do you clean inside the oven and the kitchen cupboards?
Yes, both are part of a deep clean. We take the racks and shelves out and clean them separately, degrease the oven interior and the door glass, and the extractor filters, which nobody thinks to look at. Cupboards get wiped inside and out, so it helps if you can clear the ones you want done before we arrive.
Can you deep clean after building work?
Yes, though if the trades have only just packed up, what you actually want is a builders clean. That is the one for plaster dust, paint splashes and debris. A deep clean is the right call once the dust has settled and you are living in the room again, or after a smaller job like a bathroom refit.
