Private, patient and without judgement

A home brought back, one room at a time
When a home has got on top of someone, the hardest part is usually asking. A hoarder clean with us is private and unhurried. You decide what stays, what goes and how quickly we work. Nobody is going to make you feel bad about it.
Some people call it a hoarders clean, some a hoarding clean up, some just a clutter clearance. Whatever you call it, the job is the same: get the rooms usable again, then clean them properly. We do this for people in their own homes, for families helping a parent, for landlords with a property to turn around and for executors dealing with a house after a bereavement.
We will come and look first, talk through what you want, and agree a plan and a price before anyone starts. Most of these jobs happen over several visits rather than one long day, because that is usually easier on everyone.
What’s included
- A quiet look round first, and a clear plan before we start
- Sorting room by room, with you or to instructions you have given
- Nothing thrown away without your say so
- Anything you want to keep set aside, boxed and labelled
- How waste leaves the property agreed with you beforehand
- A full deep clean once a room is clear
- Kitchens, bathrooms and carpets taken back to a usable standard
- Repeat visits where a job is better done in stages
Four corners of the same kitchen
All four of these are from one job, in one room. You are looking at the finished result. Tap or hover on a photo to see how it started.
AfterThe run beside the cooker, buried under jars, tins and pans, then cleared and wiped down.
AfterThe floor in front of the cooker, under bags and broken plaster, then cleared and washed.
Everything that left the property was agreed first. What the household wanted to keep was set aside before anything was cleared.
Why we quote after a visit, not over the phone
This is the same property before we started. It is why we always come and look first: until you have walked it, you cannot know how long it will take or what it should cost. Nobody gets judged, and nobody gets a made up price.
- We come and look before we price it
- A written plan you agree before we start
- Usually done over several visits, not one long day

Absolutely love working for MyT on the Bell Project. Tara has been brilliant from the start with setting us up, great communication and so very appreciative of the work we’re doing. We love working for you guys and hope this is the start of a long working relationship.
Fantastic company, very happy with the results. Will be using for my weekly cleaning & deep cleans going forwards.
Hoarder Cleaning, answered
Will you throw my things away?
No. Nothing leaves the property without your say so. We sort into keep, unsure and go, and the unsure pile stays until you have decided. If you would rather not be there while we work, we agree the rules in advance and stick to them.
How much does a hoarder clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much there is to do, so we will not guess over the phone. We come and look first, then give you a written price. Most jobs are quoted per visit so you can spread it out.
Will anyone know you have been?
We keep it to ourselves. We do not discuss jobs, and we do not post photos of anyone's home. If discretion matters to you, say so when you call and we will plan around it.
Do I have to be there while you work?
That is entirely your choice. Some people want to sort alongside us, some would rather hand over a key and come back to it done. Both are fine.
How long does it take?
Anything from a day to several weeks. We usually work in stages, a room at a time, and agree what a good week looks like rather than rushing the whole house at once.
Can you clean a property after a bereavement?
Yes, and we do it often. We understand the family may want to go through things first, so we work to whatever timetable suits you and set aside anything you have asked us to look out for.
Will you photograph my home?
Only if you are happy for us to. We take before and after photos on most jobs because they are useful to you as a record, but they stay private unless you tell us otherwise. Nothing showing a person, a document or an address goes anywhere.
Which areas do you cover for this?
Bedford and the towns around it: Milton Keynes, Luton, Biggleswade, St Neots, Stevenage and Northampton. If you are a little further out, ask, we travel for the right job.
