Can you clean the lower floors while the trades are still working above?
Yes, and that is how the Danestrete and Southgate blocks are working anyway. We clean what is signed off, protect what we have finished and agree with the site manager which lift and which stair we use, so dust is not carried back over finished floors. If a completed floor gets dirtied again, we price a re clean rather than pretend it did not happen.
