Our building near MK Central has out of hours access rules. Will that be a problem?
No. Most of the managed stock around the station and the boulevards runs on permits, signed in contractors and booked goods lifts. We already work to that on CBRE managed buildings. Give us the managing agent's contact at set up and we deal with the paperwork, inductions and key or fob issue before the first clean rather than on the night.
We are on a unit at Kiln Farm and the warehouse side runs late. Can you work around that?
Yes. On the trade and industrial estates we normally do the office, welfare and washrooms while the unit is still running, then the shared areas once the shift clears. Tell us the shift pattern and we will write the specification around it. The warehouse floor itself is a different job with different kit, and we quote that separately.
Do you supply the consumables, or do we?
Either. Hand towels, soap, toilet rolls and bin liners can sit inside the contract so nobody in your office has to remember to order them. Two things to settle first.
