We only have one suite at the Bioscience Catalyst. Is that too small for a contract?
No. Plenty of the companies in and around the Catalyst are small teams on a single floor or in one suite, and a two or three visit a week contract is normal at that size. We clean your space only, work to the building's access hours and invoice you directly rather than through the landlord.
Does the contract cover the canteen and washrooms as well as the desks?
