How often does a drive in St Neots need doing?

Usually much better, not always perfectly. Black spot is a lichen that roots into the stone, so pressure alone will not shift it and too much pressure will scar an old soft path. We treat it chemically, let it work, then wash at low pressure. Around the church and the Market Square the flags are old enough that we would rather leave a shadow than a scoured face.
